Hank Ralston - Owner

Hank Ralston is a Rochester native. He attended Penfield High School, Alfred Technology College for engineering and RIT.

Hank started in the Commercial Lines Department of the Hartford Insurance Group in Rochester and received various promotions over his 10 years with the company. Hartford appointed Hank as an agent in 1982. Hank has held various positions in the community volunteering in the local chamber, Scouts, church and Rotary.

 

Nancy Ralston - Customer Service Representative at Ralston Agency

Nancy Ralston is a Rochester native. She attended Brighton High School and holds college degrees from Cornell University and Nazareth College. 

Nancy has over 20 years experience working in the Ralston Agency as Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative in personal and some commercial lines of business.
